When Gill took over the Pilates Studio Embody in 2020 she wanted to update the old design of the studio but keep the name. A modern and fresh look was developed. Clean but active - just the right combination for a sport like pilates. Situated across two beautiful studios in the Main Plaza of Discovery Bay, Embody offers a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. 

A reformer and Pilates suspension studio which has 5 Peak Pilates reformers offering multiple classes for beginner level, multilevel and intermediate and a brand new Barre, Mat and Yoga studio.
